Creator Marketing Manager – French-speaking (EU)

About the role

Whatnot is looking for a French‑speaking Creator Marketing Manager to join its EU marketing team. You will be responsible for scaling the creator engine that powers paid social ads across Europe, working closely with performance marketers, creative producers, and category marketers.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a scalable EU creator roster for paid performance creative.
• Source, sign, and negotiate deals with creators of all sizes across priority markets and categories.
• Conduct end‑to‑end outreach using email, DMs, talent platforms, and referrals.
• Brief creators on brand, audience, category, creative angle, and performance goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate data insights into better briefs, sourcing, and faster iteration.
• Develop an operating system for EU creator creative, tracking pipelines, rights, rates, performance learnings, and repeatable workflows.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English.
• Based within commuting distance of either London, UK or Berlin, Germany.
• Experience managing creator or influencer partnerships for paid social campaigns.
• Strong negotiation and briefing skills.
