CRM Manager – France

About the role

Bonial is looking for a CRM Manager to lead customer engagement and retention initiatives for the French market. You will design, launch, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns across push notifications, in‑app messages and email, helping users discover local offers, brochures and retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and optimise CRM campaigns targeting French users.
• Manage push, in‑app and email channels to drive discovery of local offers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Design, Sales, Product and other stakeholders to ensure campaign relevance and performance.
• Analyse campaign results, share learnings and continuously improve lifecycle marketing.
• Maintain ownership of CRM activities for the French market while aligning with international best practices.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of CRM principles and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience working with consumer‑facing apps and email newsletters.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French language proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Braze or similar modern CRM platforms.
