CSA Site Manager – Data Centre Fitout

About the role

We are supporting a major data centre fit‑out project in Frankfurt and need an experienced CSA Site Manager on a freelance basis. The role is a key leadership position within a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment, responsible for the civil, structural and architectural delivery on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all CSA site activities, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality standards.
• Take full ownership of health, safety and environmental performance for all CSA works.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, conduct regular site inspections, audits and safety observations.
• Facilitate daily briefings, toolbox talks and coordination meetings, and ensure compliance with approved RAMS and permits.
• Monitor progress, drive programme adherence, investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, stop unsafe work and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Deliver works to required specifications, quality standards and KPI targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager, Project Manager or Senior Site Manager on data centre or other mission‑critical construction projects.
• Strong background delivering civil, structural and architectural packages.
• Excellent knowledge of health & safety regulations, site compliance and RAMS.
• Fluent English; German is advantageous.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Frankfurt in a high‑pressure environment.
