Customer Care Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care Team in Essen. You will be the main point of contact for both external and internal customers, supporting project execution for management system certification from the initial offer through audit planning to certificate issuance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer lifecycle, from offer preparation to audit scheduling and final certificate delivery.
• Act as the face of the company, maintaining close communication with customers and coordinating with field auditors.
• Explain complex technical topics in a clear, empathetic manner and work with customers to find suitable solutions.
• Demonstrate initiative, make decisions confidently, and support problem‑solving activities.
