About the role

As a Customer Service Agent for the French market, you will guide customers through their entire journey, reinforcing PERGOLUX’s reputation for premium, high‑quality service. You will use empathy, product knowledge, and clear communication to ensure every interaction reflects the standards of a global outdoor‑living brand rooted in Scandinavian design.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support via phone, email, and video chat.
• Answer product questions and assist customers throughout the ordering process.
• Handle inquiries, returns, and complaints while maintaining accurate case documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure transparent delivery processes.
• Maintain customer data and contribute to process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent French (C1) and good English (B1) communication skills.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Solution‑oriented, empathetic approach with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
