Customer Service Agent Scandinavia

About the role

PERGOLUX is a fast‑growing e‑commerce company in the Home & Garden sector, designing and selling pergolas across Europe and beyond. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who can provide professional support to our Scandinavian customers and help us deliver an outstanding outdoor living experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional advice and support via phone, email and (video) chat.
• Process orders, handle payments and manage related queries.
• Assist customers with technical product and assembly questions.
• Resolve inquiries, returns and complaints while verifying issue accuracy.
• Coordinate with transport providers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Maintain data and optimise processes to improve efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and any Scandinavian language.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong communication, solution‑oriented and empathetic approach.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team with a solid customer‑service mindset.
• Good self‑organisation and time‑management skills.
• IT affinity and quick adaptation to new systems and tools.
• Willingness to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
• Residence in Frankfurt or Berlin.
