Customer Service Specialist (French-speaking)

About the role

Join Smoobu’s Customer Service team as a French‑speaking specialist. You will be the first point of contact for hosts using our vacation‑rental platform, helping them resolve product questions and technical issues that affect guest experiences and host operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multichannel support (tickets, chat, phone) in English and French.
• Troubleshoot product, integration, calendar, automation, and messaging workflow issues.
• Prioritise time‑sensitive cases to prevent operational disruptions for hosts.
• Document recurring problems and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
• Collaborate with Tech Services to improve AI‑driven workflows and tools.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level or higher); additional European languages a plus.
• Experience in a customer‑facing role, preferably in SaaS, travel or hospitality.
• Comfortable handling technical topics and complex systems.
• Calm, structured, empathetic communication style.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including Saturdays.
