Customer Service Specialist – Logistics & Transport

About the role

J&T Express is expanding its German operations and seeks a Customer Service Specialist to help raise service standards and support the fast‑growing logistics network. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth, data‑driven customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement of customer service standards and overall service quality.
• Monitor service performance and customer‑related KPIs to maintain operational excellence.
• Coordinate with regional and network teams to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.
• Analyze operational and customer service data to identify issues and drive improvement initiatives.
• Assist in implementing service improvement measures and process optimisations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in logistics, express delivery, transportation or a related field.
• Fluent in English; Chinese/Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Professional, proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Open to candidates from diverse academic and professional backgrounds.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using data analysis tools for issue identification and decision support.
• Basic video editing and content production skills (considered a plus).
