Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) – Logistics Coordination

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join a leading Japanese manufacturer in the Düsseldorf area. The role combines customer support with logistics coordination, ensuring smooth order processing and delivery for our international clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, maintaining accurate records.
• Enter order data and manage order information using SAP.
• Prepare delivery documents and process orders.
• Communicate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Monitor open orders, backlogs, and create/verify credit notes.

Required profile

• Business‑level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Good German language skills (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales support or logistics coordination is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• SAP order management.
• Microsoft Office applications.
