Customer Service Technical Support

About the role

As a Customer Service Technical Support specialist at Peli, you will manage the full order lifecycle for our customers across EMEA, ensuring timely delivery, accurate invoicing, and proactive communication. You will be the main point of contact for order status, shipment coordination, and post‑sale support, working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end order process from entry to delivery, invoicing and follow‑up.
• Provide customers with clear, timely updates on order status, delivery schedules and product availability.
• Coordinate shipments, export documentation, freight bookings and delivery confirmations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance to ensure on‑time fulfillment.
• Manage RMAs, returns, spare‑part, prototype and accessory requests.
• Maintain accurate customer, pricing and order data in SAP and CRM systems.
• Register and follow up on customer complaints, aligning with quality and service standards.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives, KPI monitoring and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support or a similar role.
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP (SD module).
• Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
