Customer Success Manager (French speaking)

About the role

CoachHub is looking for a French‑speaking Customer Success Manager to join its Southern EMEA team. You will be the primary relationship owner for upper mid‑market and enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through long‑term expansion and ensuring the measurable impact of coaching.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full client journey, coordinating onboarding, adoption and value realization.
• Develop activation plans, define success metrics and create coaching playbooks that align client goals with CoachHub’s solutions.
• Act as the internal voice of the client, channel feedback to product, flag risks early and collaborate across teams.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews, demonstrate ROI, uncover growth opportunities and turn renewal discussions into expansions.
• Deliver workshops, webinars and one‑on‑one sessions to embed coaching into L&D, leadership and transformation programs.
• Share best practices with the team, support peers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing upper mid‑market or enterprise client portfolios.
• Fluent French (spoken and written) with strong business communication skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate client objectives into measurable outcomes.
• Comfort presenting to senior executives and conducting executive business reviews.
• Proactive problem‑solver who anticipates issues before they arise.
