Customer Success Manager – German & English

About the role

Are you ready to excite customers and create real value? As a Customer Success Manager you will own a portfolio of medium‑size business customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our security and compliance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium‑sized business customers and ensure they fully leverage our solution.
• Build strong, long‑term relationships, conduct product demos and support optimal product usage.
• Work closely with decision‑makers or founders, understand priorities and take proactive action.
• Steer customers through the lifecycle, driving expansion and retention.
• Identify challenges early, lead solution‑oriented discussions and ensure long‑term satisfaction.
• Analyze customer behavior and derive concrete actions to maximize success.
• Foster engagement, collect success stories and share best practices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development and Tech Support for a seamless experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with a passion for product demos and meetings.
• Proactive, independent work style combined with excellent team spirit and prioritisation.
• Interest in compliance & security (training provided).
• Experience with software products and their development is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent German (C2) and English, both written and spoken.
