Customer Support Agent – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Agent to join the Operations team of Flightright, a leading Legal Tech company that helps air passengers and consumers with airline, traffic and labour law issues. The role is based in Berlin with a hybrid work model, providing the first point of contact for French‑language customers throughout their case journey.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for French‑speaking customers, guiding them from case intake to resolution.
• Communicate with airlines, external lawyers and partner law firms on behalf of customers.
• Assess incoming cases and support the initial legal evaluation.
• Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and support cross‑functional projects.
• Help develop and refine Flightright’s service offering.

Required profile

• Strong interest in consumer protection and willingness to tackle complex topics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, professional demeanor.
• Independent, reliable, and ownership‑driven work style.
• Highly self‑motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent French (C2) and very good English; German is a plus.
