Customer Support Specialist - Accounting Integrations

About the role

We are looking for a problem‑solver to act as the technical escalation point for accounting integrations and complex payment configurations. You will guide customers through onboarding, ERP/accounting setup, and resolve export issues.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full customer implementation lifecycle for accounting integrations such as DATEV, Xero and NetSuite, including mapping and workflow configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve API failures, custom CSV operations, and backend payment configuration issues.
• Design and maintain scalable onboarding processes, operational playbooks and support ownership models.
• Manage complex card network setups (e.g., Visa VCF, Lodge Card dashboards) and create internal documentation for Tier‑2 support.

Required profile

• Collaborative problem‑solver with a strong drive to create structure and scale complex workflows.
• Fluent in either bookkeeping/accounting standards (e.g., GoBD, DATEV SKR03/04) or SaaS API debugging and technical product support.
• Comfortable communicating complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Experience with accounting integrations: DATEV, Xero, NetSuite.
• Proficiency in API debugging, JSON payload analysis and CSV customization.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting workflow mapping and export logic.
• Familiarity with card network configurations such as Visa VCF and Lodge Card dashboards.
