About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join a fast‑paced service team serving English‑speaking clients. Based in Germany, you will be the first point of contact, handling inquiries via chat, email and phone while ensuring a high‑quality experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries across chat, email and phone, maintaining professionalism and timeliness.
- Diagnose issues, provide effective solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Build trust with customers, manage expectations and follow up until resolution.
- Communicate complex information clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Identify recurring problems and contribute insights to improve processes and service quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth case handling and consistent service delivery.
- Apply quality guidelines and procedures to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
Required profile
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar client‑facing role (advantageous).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an empathetic approach.
- High attention to detail, reliability and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Personal laptop (Windows with ≥16 GB RAM or MacBook 2015+) and stable internet connection.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including occasional night shifts.
