Customer Support Specialist

About the role

Tuta is a secure email and calendar service whose mission is to bring privacy to the world and let users store and manage their data in the cloud with zero tracking. It is expanding its international team while turning its secure email service into an encrypted platform. As part of the support team, you will help shape customer-friendly support and give the development team direct insight from customers. The position is on-site in Hannover; relocation is required if you do not live near the city.

Key responsibilities

• Support business and private customers by email in English and German
• Analyse technical bugs together with the developers
• Maintain internal documentation on support cases
• Discuss desired features and reported bugs with the development team
• Retest reported bugs and releases

Required profile

• Wants to protect people's privacy
• Can understand and explain technical issues well
• Good analytical skills
• Enjoys both independent work and teamwork
• Confident and fluent in English and German, writing error-free
