Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, troubleshooting assistance, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, providing accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving common issues, identifying root causes and guiding solutions; escalate complex cases.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM or support systems, track open cases, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure responses meet company quality and communication standards, handle complaints professionally and empathetically, and identify recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, participate in training sessions and meetings, and stay updated on product changes, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with empathy and patience.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital tools.
• Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Previous customer support experience is a plus.
