Customer Value Manager

About the role

As a Customer Value Manager at Tacto you will shape the end‑to‑end customer journey, ensuring that manufacturing clients derive maximum value from the company’s Procurement Intelligence Platform. You will act as the bridge between sales, product and the client, driving adoption, retention and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with manufacturing customers ranging from €20 M to €5 Bn in revenue, tailoring onboarding and expansion activities to each sector.
• Empower clients to integrate Tacto’s solution into their procurement processes through training, best‑practice guidance and hands‑on support.
• Own the commercial relationship, collaborating with the sales team to retain customers and identify expansion opportunities.
• Partner with clients to design and execute procurement‑category strategies that generate cost savings and efficiency gains.
• Represent the voice of the customer within product and engineering teams, influencing roadmap decisions.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build initiatives from the ground up.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to uncovering savings and delivering measurable value.
• Experience working closely with customers, preferably from a strategy‑consulting background.
• Strong interest or experience in industrial manufacturing, supply‑chain or procurement.
• Excellent German communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging C‑level stakeholders.
