Customer Value Pioneer Program – Fast‑track to Manager

About the role

The Customer Value Pioneer Program is a six‑month fast‑track that prepares graduates to become Customer Value Managers. You will master Tacto’s procurement intelligence platform, develop consulting skills, and work directly with C‑level stakeholders in European industry leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data, identify savings opportunities and build business cases.
• Interact daily with procurement teams and manage stakeholder relationships at the C‑level.
• Deliver measurable impact through savings analyses, risk management or supplier evaluations.
• Lead a capstone project that presents tangible value to a customer.

Required profile

• Impact‑driven graduate from a top university, eager to translate academic excellence into real‑world results.
• Proactive team player with strong curiosity, problem‑solving abilities and adaptability.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
• Internship experience in procurement or consulting is a plus but not mandatory.
