Customer Value Team Lead

About the role

As the Customer Value Team Lead you will shape how Tacto delivers measurable procurement value to its most strategic customers. You will build and manage a forward‑deployed Customer Value Task Force that combines deep consulting expertise with Tacto’s AI‑driven data platform to generate cost savings and performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard and lead a team of ~5 Customer Value Strategists with consulting backgrounds.
• Define analytical standards, ensure execution quality and drive defensible cost‑saving outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Tech to embed procurement best practices and AI‑enhanced workflows into the platform.
• Own end‑to‑end savings realization, from opportunity identification through business case development, execution and tracking.
• Lead complex, executive‑level engagements with manufacturing firms ranging from €20 M to €5 Bn, acting as a trusted advisor to heads of procurement, CFOs and managing directors.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience leading high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Extensive background in strategy, procurement or operations consulting with a proven record of delivering measurable cost savings.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable turning data‑driven insights into clear decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to build long‑term relationships with C‑level stakeholders in demanding settings.
