About the role

Bitdefender is looking for an experienced and passionate Cyber Security Consultant to join its Offensive Security team. You will work directly with clients to plan, execute, and report on penetration testing engagements, helping them improve their security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of offensive security engagements, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline are met.
• Apply advanced offensive security techniques, tools, and methodologies across various domains.
• Interact directly with clients to understand objectives, present findings, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Support sales teams with pre‑sales scoping and solution design.
• Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering skill growth.

• Proven experience in penetration testing and offensive security.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and delivery teams.
