Cybersecurity Consultant (All Genders)

About the role

BCG Platinion is looking for a Cybersecurity Consultant to join its growing team in Germany. You will work on national and international client projects, helping leading companies secure their digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative cybersecurity projects using state‑of‑the‑art methods.
• Shape digitisation initiatives while maintaining a holistic view of organizational and technical security.
• Conduct security assessments, analyse risks and create roadmaps tailored to client protection needs.
• Support the development of cybersecurity strategies, policies, processes and procedures.
• Assist in designing and implementing modern security architectures.

Required profile

• Degree in (business) informatics or a related field with above‑average performance.
• Minimum two years of relevant cybersecurity experience, preferably in IT consulting.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27000 series, NIST Cybersecurity Framework and COBIT.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in interdisciplinary, global teams.
