Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Automation

About the role

This position is based in Germany and focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design dashboards, improve reporting systems, and build scalable data solutions that drive operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI reports using modern visualization tools.
• Analyze operational, sales, recruiting, and financial data to uncover trends and performance insights.
• Develop scalable reporting systems, data models, and KPI frameworks.
• Validate data accuracy and maintain data integrity across multiple platforms.
• Build cloud‑based workflows and automation processes to streamline reporting.
• Leverage AI tools to improve reporting efficiency and automate workflows.
• Perform SQL‑based data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Support API integrations and troubleshoot data connectivity issues.
• Document reporting processes, technical workflows, and analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to continuously improve reporting capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and a passion for leveraging data and automation.
• Experience working with cloud‑based data workflows and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for productivity gains.
