Data Analytics Teamlead (m/f) – AEC Solution BI+

About the role

The Analytics Team within the Product Line Analytics, AI & Data Engineering builds customer‑facing, product‑embedded analytics solutions. As Data Analytics Teamlead you will steer the team responsible for BI+ and HUB Analytics, ensuring high‑quality delivery of dashboards, data models and AI‑driven insights that power our construction‑software portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Analytics team (analysts, data engineers, data architects) through coaching, feedback and clear expectations.
• Foster professional growth and maintain open, constructive communication.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of analytics features aligned with product roadmaps, including prioritisation, risk management and timely release.
• Ensure high‑quality dashboards, data models and reporting capabilities are delivered on schedule.
• Align analytical requirements with technical implementation, reviewing and approving architectural and modelling decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, R&D and UX to resolve cross‑team technical challenges.
• Drive operational excellence and reduce leadership workload by establishing efficient processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading analytics or data‑focused teams in a software environment.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end analytics delivery, from data modelling to dashboard implementation.
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical solutions and guide architectural decisions.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills to support team development.
• Experience working with product management, data engineering and R&D stakeholders.
