Data Engineer – Feedback Management

About the role

As a Data Engineer in the Feedback Management product team, you will design and maintain data solutions that capture and analyse customer feedback such as product reviews. You will work in an agile environment focused on delivering a seamless digital shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, operate, and monitor ETL/ELT pipelines for feedback data.
• Automate and optimise data flows to ensure high‑throughput processing.
• Maintain and evolve the data warehouse architecture with an emphasis on scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience as a Data Engineer building scalable pipelines and data warehouses.
• Strong programming skills in Python, especially for high‑volume data processing.
• Deep expertise in SQL and NoSQL systems at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Cloud Run).
• Fluent English; German is a plus but not required.
