Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Data Scientist / Data Visualization Analyst to join our growing data team in Germany. In this position you will turn complex data sets into actionable insights and create compelling dashboards that support strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse large data sets from multiple sources.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Apply statistical analysis and machine‑learning techniques to identify trends and generate insights.
• Design and maintain data models that underpin reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to management.
• Support the optimisation of data pipelines and reporting processes.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Analytics or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German is a plus.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
