DevOps Engineer – Cloud & Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help improve and develop our rapidly growing debt‑collection platform. You will join an international team that is modernising the industry with innovative cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and enhance existing AWS infrastructure and design new components for internal services.
• Troubleshoot reliability and performance issues in production environments.
• Maintain and improve deployment procedures, server environments, and testing infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform/OpenTofu and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Take ownership of specific components, ensuring GDPR‑compliant data storage and processing.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and drive IT innovation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of DevOps experience, including Linux administration or software engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS services such as IAM, Landing Zone, RDS, S3, ELB, ECS, and Lambda.
• Proficiency with container technologies (Docker) and orchestration (ECS or Kubernetes).
• Strong troubleshooting skills in cloud environments and ability to work independently.
• Fluent English communication skills.

What we offer
