DevOps Engineer – Cloud Operations (Linux/AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a leading client in the content security and anti‑piracy sector. The role sits at the intersection of engineering, technical support and DevOps, helping to bridge the gap between application development and production cloud operations.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and troubleshoot Linux‑based production environments on AWS.
• Investigate production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and support customer‑impacting issues.
• Manage cloud infrastructure, networking, security and identity services.
• Monitor system health and performance, and develop runbooks and procedures.
• Validate infrastructure and application releases for production readiness.
• Automate operational tasks to improve reliability and observability.
• Collaborate with engineering and professional services teams to enhance platform resilience.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in cloud operations, DevOps, SRE or Linux production support.
• Strong Linux system administration skills.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, routing, firewalls, load balancing).
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.
• Good English communication skills.
