Digital Business Analyst - Master Data (d/m/f)

About the role

At Airbus, the Digital Business Analyst – Master Data will support the Spares & Services Digital Department, managing SAP master data across projects and contributing to the migration to SAP S/4 and MDG. The role is based in Hamburg, working with a large community of internal and external users.

Key responsibilities

• Manage SAP master data topics, handle change requests and support the Run team.
• Participate in the SAP S/4 transformation, defining future master data structures and processes.
• Address business process needs, customize SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, WM) to align with business requirements.
• Conduct gap analyses, promote standard solutions and drive decisions based on business value and ERP strategy.
• Lead project activities to build and deploy IT solutions.

Required profile

• Experience with SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, WM); SAP S/4 and SAP MDG experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, sales and service business processes.
• Proven project‑management experience.
• Ability to challenge business needs and return to standard functions.
• Negotiation‑level English; French or German is a plus.
