Digital Content Coordinator (f/m/x)

About the role

The International Paralympic Committee (IPC) is looking for a full‑time Digital Content Coordinator to join its multicultural team at the Bonn headquarters. You will support the IPC Digital Content Manager by creating and managing engaging content across the organisation’s digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish social‑media posts, videos and graphics for IPC platforms.
• Maintain a shared content calendar and schedule posts, including live‑stream interviews.
• Monitor trends, identify opportunities and propose fresh content ideas.
• Cover live events, interview athletes and produce real‑time digital coverage.
• Collect data and contribute to social‑media performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in digital media; sport or graphic‑design background is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
