Digital Content Manager

About the role

Joie is looking for a Digital Content Manager to lead its global digital content strategy across social media, websites, and email. The role bridges the global brand team, regional marketing teams, and e‑commerce partners to ensure a consistent, high‑quality brand experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and govern Joie’s global digital content strategy and integrated content calendar.
• Lead cross‑functional planning with regional teams and e‑commerce partners for product launches and campaigns.
• Develop and execute the organic social media strategy on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
• Oversee global website content for EMEA, LATAM and APAC, ensuring alignment with brand storytelling and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with the EU e‑commerce team on global and regional email marketing initiatives.
• Manage and develop the Social Media Manager and Website Coordinator, setting goals and driving performance.
