Digital Marketing & Brand Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Digital & Brand) to join a fast‑growing climate‑tech startup in Stuttgart. You will combine hands‑on digital marketing, brand building, and performance‑marketing activities to help reduce global CO₂ emissions through innovative wastewater treatment technology.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and continuously optimise the company website with a strong focus on SEO.
• Plan, execute and report on Google Ads campaigns.
• Manage LinkedIn and YouTube channels, creating engaging content.
• Produce video content for campaigns, events and digital communications.
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
• Organise trade fairs and marketing events from concept to execution.
• Run webinars and support email/newsletter marketing activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in digital, content or brand marketing.
• Strong SEO knowledge and hands‑on experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Webflow.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Fluent German (C1) and English (C1).
• Nice‑to‑have experience in video editing/production, webinars, trade fairs, or a startup/climate‑tech environment.

• Salary €55,000 – €65,000 gross per year.
• 13th month salary paid in two installments.
