Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and execute the company’s digital strategy across multiple channels. Based in Germany and working in a remote‑first environment, you will drive awareness, engagement, and subscriber growth while delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimize performance of website, SEO, email, paid media and social platforms.
• Plan, launch and analyse integrated campaigns aligned with product launches and commercial priorities.
• Develop organic search strategies through content planning and on‑site SEO improvements.
• Manage lifecycle email programs, product updates and re‑activation initiatives.
• Oversee paid media budgets, continuously improving ROI across digital advertising channels.
• Monitor performance via dashboards and analytics, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create channel‑specific messaging and creative assets.
• Build engagement in online communities and explore partnerships, affiliate, referral and influencer opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing digital marketing channels with direct ownership of performance metrics.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and interpreting marketing funnels.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills for technically sophisticated audiences.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives and execute strategies with minimal supervision.
