Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

This position is based in Germany and offers the chance to lead high‑impact digital marketing initiatives in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. You will combine creativity with analytics to boost online visibility, improve search performance, and optimise both paid and organic channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, content marketing, and paid media to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Optimise website performance and search visibility through technical SEO, keyword research, and content enhancements.
• Manage and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, delivering actionable insights and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied across digital assets.
• Configure and maintain tracking, tagging, and reporting frameworks with Google Tag Manager and GA4.
• Support content management within enterprise CMS platforms, ensuring consistency and performance alignment.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience in an enterprise or large‑agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a results‑driven approach.
