Digital Transformation Internship

About the role

Join BASF Agricultural Solutions as a Digital Transformation Intern and support a global change initiative within the Global Commercial Excellence team. You will work on the PMO side of the project, helping to plan, prioritize and implement key measures that drive digital adoption across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and execute transformation measures in collaboration with global, regional and country teams.
• Develop and roll out creative communication and change‑management strategies.
• Design compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
• Create target‑group specific change materials such as user journeys and leadership toolkits.
• Maintain and update the network of stakeholders, roles and contacts involved in the transformation.

Required profile

• Enrolled student in business administration, psychology, communication or a comparable field.
• Initial practical experience in project, change management or strategic consulting.
• Confident use of Microsoft PowerPoint and basic knowledge of project‑management tools and change‑management methods.
• Very good written and spoken English; German language skills are a plus.
• Proactive, reliable, team‑oriented with strong communication skills and a structured work approach.
