About the role
Our client, a leading international firm, is expanding its digital hub in Munich and seeks a Digital Transformation Strategy Manager. You will lead the development and implementation of a group‑wide digital transformation strategy, guiding complex IT projects and fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop Digital Target Operating Models for the organization.
- Plan, execute, and monitor large‑scale Digital/IT transformation projects.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of consultants and technologists.
- Facilitate workshops and apply agile project‑management practices.
- Network across the group to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Required profile
- Strong educational background in technology or IT.
- Hands‑on experience delivering global digital transformation initiatives.
- Tier‑1 strategy consulting experience.
- Fluent in English and German.
