Director, Corporate Events EMEA

About the role

NinjaOne is looking for a strategic Director of Corporate Events to own and expand its event marketing function across the EMEA region. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, EMEA, you will lead a team of event managers and coordinators while driving brand presence, pipeline generation, and operational excellence for more than 80 events each year.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA corporate events strategy aligned with regional revenue targets and global marketing goals.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing team of event professionals.
• Oversee planning and delivery of 80+ annual events, including trade shows, conferences, and regional gatherings.
• Define event segmentation, activation frameworks, and standardized playbooks.
• Own the event budget, forecasting, vendor negotiations and resource allocation to maximize ROI.
• Track success metrics such as pipeline contribution, sourced revenue, cost‑per‑lead and cost‑per‑opportunity.
• Collaborate with marketing operations, sales leadership, demand generation and product marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts and messaging.
• Build and manage strategic vendor and agency partnerships across multiple countries.
• Travel 20‑30% across EMEA to oversee major activations.

Required profile

• 8+ years of event or field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing event or field marketing teams.
• Proven track record of building event strategies that drive measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong financial acumen managing substantial regional budgets.
• Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, buyer journeys and enterprise‑level event engagement.
• Experience operating in multi‑country, multi‑language EMEA markets.
