Director, European Content Transformation

About the role

Bristol Myers Squibb is building a best‑in‑class, AI‑driven marketing model and needs a senior leader to steer the European Content Transformation. The Director will launch and scale the GenAI‑enabled Content Hub (Mosaic) in Germany and support other European content hubs, ensuring high‑quality, compliant omnichannel assets across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and extend the AI‑driven marketing vision across Europe, implementing content models such as Mosaic, OCSC, self‑service and agency solutions.
• Collaborate with BIT and European Market teams to shape roadmaps, scale content models and rationalise existing assets.
• Provide oversight of the Germany and European production teams to deliver compliant, high‑quality digital assets at speed and scale.
• Lead the mobilisation of Mosaic in Germany through discovery, alignment and focused planning, surfacing local business and operational realities.
• Oversee the evolution of Mosaic, activating additional brands, channels, technology and content personalisation.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in content transformation or AI‑enabled marketing initiatives.
• Strong track record of managing cross‑functional, multi‑market teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance for digital assets in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience launching and scaling content hubs or platforms across European markets.
