Director of General Management – Germany

About the role

We are establishing the administrative backbone of our Germany National Sales Company and need a strategic Director of General Management to build and lead core support functions from the ground up. The role will work closely with the German management team and the European Regional Centre to localise frameworks and ensure robust governance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and lead administrative functions including Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, IT and Office Administration.
• Develop organisational structures, policies and operational processes that align with European Regional Centre standards and German regulations.
• Act as a senior advisor to management on governance, compliance and administrative matters.
• Oversee legal and compliance topics, ensuring GDPR, competition law and corporate governance frameworks are applied.
• Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of back‑office operations.
