Director of Product Structuring – Working Capital Finance

About the role

CRX Markets is looking for a Director of Structuring to shape its product offering across payables, receivables and inventory finance. You will define the product vision, lead complex transactions and act as a thought leader in the global working‑capital finance market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure the CRX Markets product suite for multiple jurisdictions, risk models and funding channels.
• Develop and communicate a clear product vision while influencing market evolution.
• Execute complex transactions and advise clients and funding partners on structuring, risk transfer and accounting.
• Coordinate collaboration between IT and business units.
• Work with Legal, Capital Markets and Sales to ensure transaction documentation meets partner requirements.
• Drive new business initiatives and align all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• 5+ years experience in a bank, investment bank or law firm focusing on working‑capital finance structuring or trade receivables securitisation.
• Strong understanding of the market landscape, corporate clients, banks, non‑bank investors and service providers.
• Solid knowledge of legal, tax and accounting aspects of working‑capital products.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
