Documentation Engineer II

About the role

Storyblok is looking for a Documentation Engineer II to create and maintain high‑quality documentation for its headless CMS platform. You will work remotely with an international team, helping developers, agencies, and customers understand and use Storyblok effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Become the go‑to authority on Storyblok and headless CMS concepts.
• Create and maintain developer tutorials, guides, FAQs, and API documentation.
• Write sample applications, prototypes, and code samples that showcase Storyblok’s capabilities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure information is accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Assist teammates in overcoming technical obstacles and mentor junior contributors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in web development.
• Proven experience in technical writing and documentation.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• General experience with content management systems.
