Early Childhood Educator – Bilingual Preschool

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our bilingual preschool team. You will work with children aged two to five, fostering their personal, social, and emotional development in a stimulating, multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate curriculum aligned with the accadis educational concept.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and independence.
• Observe, assess, and support each child’s developmental progress.
• Maintain professional communication with families and provide regular updates.
• Organise and supervise a designated classroom group.

Required profile

• Qualified Early Childhood Educational Specialist or equivalent recognized as Fachkraft in Kindertagesstätten.
• Native‑level English proficiency; good German skills or willingness to learn German.
• Several years of experience in early childhood education, preferably in a private or international setting.
• Open‑minded, flexible, and able to work well within a team.
