Early Childhood Educator / Daycare Worker (m/f/d)

About the role

Join the Early Bird Club, a private bilingual (German/English) childcare network operating six facilities in Stuttgart, Ludwigsburg and Leinfelden‑Echterdingen. You will support children from eight weeks up to three years in crèche groups and from three years to school entry in kindergarten groups, fostering their social, creative and intellectual development.

Key responsibilities

• Accompany, promote and care for children in crèche or kindergarten settings.
• Document observations, create portfolios and contribute to the educational plan.
• Design and implement active, creative activities tailored to each age group.
• Prepare and lead parent‑teacher and development meetings.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate on the centre’s orientation plan.
• Perform basic nursing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Completed training as an early childhood educator or equivalent qualification.
• Relevant experience working with children in a daycare or kindergarten environment.
• Strong interest in personal and professional development.
• Ability to work in an international, multilingual team.
• Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.

Required skills

• Proficient English language skills (CEFR level B2‑C1).
