Early Childhood Educator / Kindergarten Teacher

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator / Kindergarten Teacher to join our bilingual (German/English) Early Bird Club centres in the Stuttgart region. You will work with children from eight weeks up to three years in our crèche and from three years until they start primary school in our kindergarten groups, fostering their social, creative and intellectual development.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive care, support and educational guidance to crèche and kindergarten children.
• Document observations, maintain portfolios and contribute to the educational and orientation plan.
• Design and implement active, creative activities tailored to each age group.
• Prepare and lead parent‑child development meetings.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues.
• Perform basic nursing tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in early childhood education, elementary education or a comparable field.
• Completed training as an educator and proven experience working with young children.
• Proficient English (C1‑B2 level) and ability to work in a bilingual environment.
• Motivation for continuous personal and professional development.
• Strong teamwork orientation and enjoyment of an international team setting.

Required skills

• English language proficiency (C1‑B2).
