Electrical Commissioning Manager / Project Manager – Data Centre Fit‑Out

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager / Project Manager to join a major data‑centre fit‑out project in Frankfurt. You will lead the electrical commissioning effort and manage the final delivery stages, ensuring all systems are installed, tested, commissioned and handed over safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full electrical commissioning process from pre‑commissioning to final hand‑over.
• Coordinate subcontractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Oversee testing, inspections and system validation activities.
• Ensure all commissioning documentation is completed, signed off and compliant.
• Monitor programme milestones, resolve technical issues and report progress.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, design teams and project stakeholders throughout delivery.
• Maintain the highest health, safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Electrical Commissioning Manager or Electrical Project Manager on data‑centre, mission‑critical or large‑scale M&E projects.
• Strong knowledge of low‑voltage (LV) and high‑voltage (HV) electrical systems and commissioning procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
