ELV Package Manager

About the role

Mercury, a European leader in construction solutions, is seeking an ELV Package Manager to lead the electrical low‑voltage (ELV) systems package on a complex engineering project in Frankfurt. You will coordinate with mechanical/electrical contractors, manage safety and quality documentation, and ensure seamless integration of ELV systems across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the ELV electrical systems package, including security and mechanical ELV subsystems.
• Oversee site safety in collaboration with the Electrical Project Manager and Safety Advisor, handling the safety file from setup to close‑out.
• Drive a strong Health, Safety and Environmental culture within the team.
• Coordinate site QA activities with the QA Manager, maintaining QA files.
• Control project schedule alongside the Project Manager, consulting engineer and client requirements.
• Monitor all costs related to the package, including subcontractor fees, material deliveries, plant equipment variations and valuations.
• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring compliance with Mercury policies and procedures.
• Track subcontractor progress, conduct weekly meetings, and manage the snagging system.
• Prepare weekly cost and progress reports and support final project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience with mechanical/electrical contractors and ELV systems (security, mechanical).
• Strong background in safety file management and QA processes.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets and subcontractor activities.
• Experience in preparing cost reports and handling project close‑out documentation.
