Email Deliverability Consultant

About the role

As an Email Deliverability Consultant at Braze, you will join the customer‑facing deliverability team to help clients optimise their email programs. You will work closely with Customer Success, Technical Support, Sales and Growth teams to provide reporting, best practices and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide fundamental deliverability support to external customers and internal teams.
• Manage and prioritize tickets related to deliverability troubleshooting and strategy.
• Own a portfolio of customers with a paid Deliverability Services Consulting entitlement.
• Conduct investigations, reviews and audits of email sending practices.
• Assist customers with blocklist, spam‑trap and mailbox provider issues.
• Develop IP‑warming schedules and monitor progress.
• Track individual email metrics and advise on reputation improvement.
• Deliver long‑term strategic planning for high‑visibility brands using Braze’s email infrastructure.
• Participate in projects that enhance processes, product knowledge, thought leadership or customer education.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience delivering email deliverability services at an ESP, agency or large brand.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices and proven success in identifying and remediating deliverability issues.
• Excellent customer‑management skills and ability to present technical findings clearly.
• Ability to work autonomously, take accountability and collaborate across teams.
