Engagement Manager – AI Implementations

About the role

We are looking for an Engagement Manager to lead AI‑driven implementations within Tether Data’s Technology Distribution team. You will drive the deployment of decentralized AI solutions using QVAC, our SDK for local AI and delegated inference, across enterprise, government and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑stakeholder AI implementation projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Align client objectives with the capabilities of QVAC and ensure successful onboarding of AI use cases.
• Manage technical integration of edge AI and privacy‑preserving inference systems.
• Monitor project timelines, performance metrics and resolve issues in collaboration with internal and external teams.
• Provide regular status updates and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in client‑facing technical roles or AI project management.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.
