English Content Writer

About the role

AirHelp is looking for an English Content Writer who treats copy as a growth lever. You will craft high‑converting messages that guide travellers through a complex insurance product, turning confusion into action across 35 markets.

Key responsibilities

• Write and optimise copy for landing pages, CRM flows, ad campaigns, video scripts, SEO content, case studies and in‑app messaging.
• Translate dense technical, legal and financial features into clear, conversion‑focused language.
• Design and run a repeatable content experimentation system using A/B tests, heatmaps and analytics.
• Partner with CRM and B2B teams to localise and scale messaging without losing the brand voice.
• Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow for ideation, quality control and trend monitoring.
• Participate in workshops and critique sessions, defending choices and incorporating feedback.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a content role, preferably at a tech startup or fast‑moving product company.
• Proven ability to write under market pressure and iterate copy based on performance data.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing, product, design and CRM teams.
