Enterprise Account Executive – DACH

About the role

Synthesia is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth of its AI video platform across the DACH region. You will be responsible for landing new enterprise logos and expanding existing accounts, working with customers of 1,000‑20,000 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Generate Annual Recurring Revenue by acquiring and expanding enterprise customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through both direct and team‑based prospecting.
• Provide accurate forecasts and deliver quarterly revenue targets while executing agreed account plans.
• Develop deep subject‑matter expertise to demonstrate how AI‑video can transform business communications.
• Partner closely with Customer Success to drive adoption, retention and upsell opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, closing and expanding deals with enterprises of 1k‑20k employees.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to deliver value‑based product demonstrations.
• Track record of identifying client pain points and crafting ROI‑focused value propositions.
• Background in methodological sales processes such as MEDDPICC or similar.
• Demonstrated success in fast‑growth environments and ability to thrive amid rapid change.
• Native‑level German and fluent English with executive presence.
